Services & payment

Advisory, research, and delivery oversight services are provided under a services agreement or statement of work agreed with each client. Unless that agreement states otherwise, invoices are payable within thirty (30) days of issue, in the invoiced currency, by bank transfer to the account stated on the invoice.

Payments & refunds

We accept payment by bank transfer to the account stated on each invoice. Fees for services already delivered are not refundable. Where an engagement is cancelled before delivery, any refund of prepaid fees follows the terms of the applicable agreement. Questions about a payment: [email protected].

Governing law

All purchases and these Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
